Just 900 metres from the former Münsingen military training area - now the heart of the Swabian Alb biosphere reserve - our house is located on the quiet outskirts of Münsingen. Enjoy the direct proximity of nature and fields, the surrounding biosphere and nature reserve - the ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours. Discover impressive castles, mysterious caves or the idyllic Lauter Valley. Nearby highlights include the historic Alte Lager in Münsingen, the Wimsen Cave and the "fairytale castle" of Lichtenstein Castle.

The special highlight of our holiday flat is the private outdoor area with furnished terrace and barbecue. There is also a communal garden with a playground. The accommodation is located in the immediate vicinity of the former military training area, which is now a popular destination for hikers and cyclists. Public transport is within easy walking distance. There is a car park directly on the property. A lockable garden shed is available for your bicycles. Families with children are very welcome. Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. Please note:
Our accommodation is designed for relaxation and holidays - it is therefore not intended for work-related stays by fitters.

The holiday flat has a stepless, barrier-free interior. The entrance to the holiday flat is down a flight of stairs!
Sustainability is important to us: the accommodation is equipped to save light and water, some of the electricity is generated and stored by a photovoltaic system - some of the hot water is also provided by this.
